Can we connect an exe application and iOS application using PUN?

in Photon Unity Networking (PUN)
I am trying to connect an exe file and iOS application. My use case is to control an external screen which is connected to a desktop where videos will be played according to the commands from iPad. Is there any way to achieve this usin PUN. Any leads will be appreciated. Let me know if my requirement is not clear.

    Yes it should be possible I can connect from Windows to android, ios and vice versa.
