Is the Lobby sample broken?

The sample project has a bug where two instances of the LobbyManager appear in the hierarachy.
If you go back and forth in the lobby without joining the game scene (Like when you kick a player with the X and
he tries to get back in.)

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I am using Unity 2019.1.0f2 and bolt v1.2.8 on Windows 10
