Best way to disable Photon View Transform sync

I have a photonview with a Photon Transform View also enabled.

I want to temporarily disable the transform sync and have the local client control the position (as the objects being synced wont matter for a period of time)

What is the best way to do this just for the transform sync? What exactly do I disable?
