Game freezes when more then 3 players.

I am using PUN for my unity game and I have this wierd problem. The game freezes with a 3rd player. I doesn't happen right away when he joins but it happens after a random amount of time. It never happens with 2 players or 1 player. But the most wierd this is it doesn't produce any error and it appears to freeze the time scale but I don't use any timescal thing in the entire project? Any idea that could help would be much appreciated! Because I am clueless.

    does the game freeze for all clients or just a certain one? What kind of data and how much do you send? Does this happen only on your current project or can you maybe create a repro case which we can take a look at, too?
