low fps when high ping and otherwise

when new player join to session than all clients ping increase to 100 and higher, and all clients fps decrease to unplayable value. When one of the players paused application all other clients fps decrease to unplayable value and ping encrease to 500 and higher

I doubt it has anything to do with pooling. I don't see this issue with our samples. Please send project to developer@photonengine.com so we can take a look
