Issue with connections on android devices

So this just started happening once I updated bolt and unity yesterday, everything was working fine prior to that.
Currently when I use my computer to join a session being hosted by my android device it seems to connect but fail to load any scene. The same issue occurs if I host on my computer and attempt to join the session from my phone.
I'm not sure if this is a bug or if I'm doing something incorrectly from my end, everything works as expected on my windows builds, I'm only experiencing the problem with android devices.

I build for android and then use the unity editor or a windows build.
After looking a bit more, Connected is not called on my host when I attempt to connect from another device. When there's an attempt to connect though I see several log messages, you can view the logs here: https://hastebin.com/denaququco.sql0 -
It looks like it does not connect, punchthrough does not work 100% of the time. You will probably need to use the relay feature coming soon.0
