Fading out and entity

in Photon Bolt
Is it somehow possible to destroy/detach an entity without destroying it instantly? I would like to fade out dead npc's somehow. I stumbled upon the "Destroy On Detach" option in the docs, but I haven't found it in the settings, got it removed?

hmm it doesn't seem to work this way, I'm setting mod.sceneObjectDestroyOnDetach to false in Awake and use BoltNetwork.Detach(go) to initiate the despawn on the server, but the entity gets destroyed after detach was called.0

After fiddling around I figured out that sceneObjectDestroyOnDetach is disabled by default when inspecting the prefab bolt entity with the inspector debug mode. Could it be that this feature is broken?0
