IK isn't syncronized.

As the title suggest IK animations don't seem to be synchronized. I have followed this guide without any luck: https://doc.photonengine.com/zh-tw/pun/current/manuals-and-demos/mecanim-demo

    Don't see an edit button: also noticed that animations which utliized CrossFade didn't seem to work. Might be related.
