Playfab RoomClosed Not working

I tried using RoomClosed webhook in PlayFab and while leave always works the Closed hook works once every 20 times. The ttl is set to 0 or 1000 for the room.

@JohnTube The behavior is inconsistent. RoomClosed is not always being called.

I am using Photon Cloud via PUN 2. It is the release from August 2022.

We notice that after a few rooms being created and closed we get the webhook to trigger. We even spaced out the creation by 10 min intervals

@AllFatherGray just your issue and in the body say that I asked you to write this e-mail. Add your appId and as much info as you can
