Photon does not load, after making a scene change.

Good evening dear community. My name is Natasha Feliz, developer of applications and video games in UNITY. Currently, I am in need of urgent help, because I made a scene change in my project and PHOTON does not connect. How can you help me to solve the specific error (the project I am working on will be tested nationally, by the president of my country on Wednesday) (if you could help me remotely, it would also work for me. Ex: anydesk, teamviewer, etc).

are you using self hosted solution? do you connect to Photon cloud? what version of PUN do you use?
