Different AppIds for same application bt different instances.

we are working on a hub like application were users can create there own servers host and manage them by them self.

They will be able to host their own Game mode create their own worlds and Game modes.

They will be able to get hosting plans according to their requirements.

So my question is... is it ok to use different appid's (provided by users) in different instances of application?
