[Networked] attribute not working
[Networked] attribute does not work correctly. The host does not receive information about the network property.
The challenge in my game is that each player has a first name, last name, and profile photo. When a player connects, this data is filled in locally. Further, the task is that if you hover over another player with the mouse, then just the information about the other player will appear

I'm not sure if I understood your problem, but it seems that you're trying to make a client send data to the server via state transfer, that's not possible because only the host can change the network state.
For client to send information to the host, try using inputs or RPC (best for your case).
