I can't start Photon Server

why i can't run it, start line is blurry and can't be clicked, can someone help me?

it looks like you have installed photon application as service. That is why you can only start service.

Remove Service and you will be able to start it as application

and when i click to remove service, it show this

But it still cannot start as application :(

Click Windows Key + R, type services.msc, hit enter.

Go down the list and see if the service is there, remove it manually if it is. The name will start with "Photon Socket Server:"

sc delete "Photon Socket Server: Loadbalancing" in the command line should be it
