Why does the prefab lookup stay unvalid ?

Hi, Bolt noob here.
I began going through the Bolt tutorial, and I have troubles with my own prefabs. In my Scene, prefabs to which I attached the Bolt Entity component still have the error "Prefab lookup not valid..." even after I update the prefab database and compile Bolt. I can also see that they have a prefab id (as in, it is not -1).
Is there something I am doing wrong ?

The prefab needs to exist in the assets folder and include the BoltEntity component0
