(by pressing button), while chatting with all other players?

"password conversation"?
Maybe you mean "private conversation"?
If you mean "private conversation" then yes you can and this is available out-of-the-box using Interest Groups.
If you mean a conversation protected by password then this is not built-in but you can add it yourself.0
