Server SDK File Download (V5) Error Questions

The link to the Additional Downloads file at https://www.photonengine.com/en-US/sdks#server-sdkserverserverplugin address is downloaded. (Server-Plugins)
However, the link to the Additional Downloads file from the https://www.photonengine.com/en-US/sdks#server-sdkserverserver address is not downloaded.

I live in Korea, why is page 404 coming up?

As my colleague @chvetsov already explained we will fix the broken 404 download link.
I wanted to add that if you are only running the self-hosted server and you don't need to modify source code of default application, you could use the plugins SDK v5 then. See differences between the two SDKs here.1 -
