PhotonPeer Not Defined

When I am creating a PhotonPeer to connect to my server, it always show the error
UnhandledPromiseRejectionWarning: ReferenceError: PhotonPeer is not defined. I am at a lost and not sure what to do.

Why do you need to create PhotonPeer directly?. Normally, LoadBalancing or Chat API should ne used in client app.
