Animations not syncing

I'm having MULTIPLE issues still, 3 months later, with trying to get my characters moving around. Here is a video showing the problem

Characters animate on the server, but that doesn't get replicated to clients (upper left). When I am controlling the character on the upper right, it animates on the client and the server, but not on the other client on the bottom. I set all replication to everyone. TBH what I REALLY need is a mentor to work 1 on 1 with

Fixed it. Next time I gotta remember to import the mechanim parameters. Derp!!
