Sample Pack Refund?

So a while back, I purchased the Bolt Sample Pack (https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/tools/network/photon-bolt-sample-pack-85866), which is currently priced at €35.72. For this, I got multiple samples, as advertised.
However, the quality of the code makes it almost unusable, with bits of code strewn everywhere. It's clear to me that the developers of these samples aren't taking this seriously enough to put the effort in. After all, it's quite an expensive pack.

After a year, I have seen no change in this pack whatsoever, and the support I have gotten from this is absolutely abominable.
I have been told to 'contact the publisher', which redirects me to this forum.
I would like a refund please, if changes wont be made
