PhotonOnPremise and Unity plugin version
Options
I'm investigating a connection issue and would like to rule out a mismatch between the Photon Unity plugin and the photon server version.
Photon server version is:
== Core ==
PhotonSocketServer.2013
x64 Unicode Release
BuildDate: 2016-02-05 13:04:36
Version: 4.0.28.2962
SVN repository: photon-socketserver
SVN revisions of...
... this project: 2962
== SDK ==
BuildDate: 2016-02-08 15:37:16
Version: 4.0.29.11263
SVN repository: photon-socketserver-sdk
SVN revisions of...
... this project: 11263
Unity Photon Plugin was downloaded from:
https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/tools/network/photon-unity-networking-classic-free-1786
Photon3Unity3D.dll version is 4.1.2.6
Should the server and client be compatible?

Hi @ChristianKogama,
Thank you for choosing Photon!
Yes PUN Classic and Photon Server 4.0.29.11263 are compatible.
Maybe you could share details about the issue or logs.0 -
Sadly haven't gotten a log so far as this is something that happens for a small subset of users.
Just out of curiosity: Why has the photon server not been updated since 2016?0 -

Sounds super exciting!
I've gather some data from the clients. This does indeed happens to a lot of Android users when they try to join. In these cases this happens before user is connected. In other words there should be any thing flooding the clients:
Status change: Client disconnected: TimeoutDisconnect
Some context:

I mean: It should not be flooded. Also: I see a few of these as well: ExceptionOnConnect0

Also forgot to mention: This is primarily an Android issue0

Ok. Got some more data: This right here looks to me like it might be an ipV6 issue:
