Error 1039 while connecting to local server

I've got some wierd error that I was not getting before, I suddently started to get error code 1039 while connecting to my local server. Do you have some ideas of what could go wrong ?

    Let me quote StatusCode.h on code 1039:
    Exception, if a server cannot be connected. Most likely, the server is not responding. Ask the user to try again later.


    Please check if you local server is running and if it's public IP in Photon control is up to date. Maybe the public IP address of your local machine has changed and you need to restart PhotonControl and PhotonServer to grab the new one.
