Only Owner can move an entity?

in Photon Bolt
I Instantiated a Gamobject by server and then assign the control to a player. I can see the player has Control = local in the bolt Entity in Unity Editor. However, I am not able to move the position of the object. Can you let me know how can I assign full control (similar to owner) of the gameobject to a connected player?

OK, I tried to change the replication mode to Everyone Except Controller. Now the controller can move the gameobject. However, the transform of the gameobject is not replicating back to server. How should I make the gameobject sync with both controller and server?0

Server auth with VR is possible but difficult since usually the movement of arms and head are part of the gameplay and it can be hard to make that into an "input". For VR I recommend Non auth0
