No email response after 11 days..

I originally emailed the Bolt support email on August 4th. And then Chris responded on the 7th, as he/they needed more info, which is fine. But now it's the 18th..? It's been 11 days since I had any responses, and I'm not sure if I'm getting ignored now, or if the email support is just slow.

I hope someone can get back to me soon.
