Wrong license type - expected redist license. Going to shutdown

Hello, I am trying to use photon "v3.4.30.9719 Redistributable" Server I got the licence file and put it into the "bin_Win32_xp" folder when i run photon it shuts down and in the log file there is written "Wrong license type - expected "redist" license. Going to shutdown" any suggestions? thank you

    You need to get a specific license for the Redistributable package.

    It's currently hard to find. Accept the terms next to "100 Server" license in the dashboard:
    https://www.photonengine.com/en-US/OnPremise/Dashboard
    Download and save next to the server exe. This license can be distributed with the server for your game.
