Could not load type 'System.Func' 1

I started getting this error today when I try to enter playmode. I had this project running fine as it is a couple of days ago, but today when I open it up and try to play, I'm getting this error. I'm not sure why it was working before but now it won't work since nothing has changed. Any ideas?

When I load this project into Visual Studio 2012, this is listed as a warning, and has a little different info:
Reference to type 'System.Func`1' claims it is defined in 'c:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\mscorlib.dll', but it could not be found
Error coming from: Photon3Unity3D.dll
I checked that location on my C drive, and mscrolib.dll is there.

  • I don't see anything "Photon" related in that callstack.
    When does it happen and for which platform? Which Unity version?
