Issues with US Cloud Server?

I was able to connect to the US-App server earlier this morning and haven't been able to now for several hours. Is something going on? Most of my gamers are US based so the lack of this server being operational is not comforting.

I can get a ping from the server just seems like whatever control the connections is down.

    Note sure if this helps at all but the server seems online but I get a port closed message when checking port 5055.
