So another question.
If i got multiple server regions (EU, US and Asia) attached to a plan. Will players in a region only be able to play with other players from the same region?
If not is it possible to do so? And how does matchmaking then work? Will i match people in the same regions?

The regions are fully separated: Players won't be able to find friends or rooms of another region.
We use regions primarily to improve connection speeds. If you are in Japan and ended up on a US server just by searching for a random room, then the benefit is lost.
You can use a single region or have an option for players to switch to one region for international matches. Those might be affected by lag more than others.0 -
