after setting EnabeAuto start, the photonControl can auto start with pc start, but how to let application instances auto start after photon control started?

    install them as service and set the service to autostart. All that is done through the photon control in the bar at the bottom too

    PhotonControl has such an option. Under 'Photon Instances' you will find sub-menus that contain 'Install as Service' option. this will do the trick you needed
