but when i running server other people if know my IP can connect it too
so i should at how edit server program for allow some IP or Lock IP connect to my server

You could use a secret application id, or a secret port.0

I meant to say that you could edit the photonserver.config and use a different application id and port so that nobody knows how to connect to your server.
