Fresh install cannot compile

UNetWeaver error: Exception :System.BadImageFormatException: Format of the executable (.exe) or library (.dll) is invalid.

This happens when i make a new project to test just the examples.
Oh and yes i did do Bolt->Install, Compile, ect, ect.
