    Thank you for pointing us at this issue.
    We will fix it for the next release.

    To get LoadBalancing-cpp in the 4.1.4.0 release to compile, please download the archive that I have attached to this post and unzip it into the Photon-cpp/inc folder of the 4.1.4.0 SDK.
