Cant setup Azure VM with latest SDK

I downloaded the zip, set UDP endpoints, and ran Photon Control, but cannot even run the loadbalancing demo. Can someone help me out? Is there something i have to do with the firewall? I have exhausted all options. I will happily pay for help
