How to sync object over network without using photon instantiate

Is it possible to sync an object without using photon instantiate? I like to sync an object in the scene without instantiating it on runtime.

Yes, you can use RPC's on other PhotonView 'managing' object (like Scripts in demos) or PhotonNetwork.RaiseEvent method / PhotonNetwork.OnEventCall handler for exchanging with events. In latter case you do not need PhotonView in scene at all.5
