Client A connect to the server, server and A's boltCore.frame is 0.
After 10 frames, clinet B connect to the server,server and B's boltCore.frame is 10,right?
How does B's boltCore.frame become 10?

You shouldn't be using BoltCore for just about anything. You need to use BoltNetwork.frame0
