need help making a simple flashlight :>

Hi Im really new to photon and Im currently trying to make a simple flashlight, basically just a spotlight attached to the main camera. How would I go about making this spotlight sync over the network aka make it so that other players can see my light? Im really lost so any help would be much appreciated.
