Connections dropped - High ping times, worldwide servers

My game is starting to make it's way across the world which is great. I have some users in Hong Kong who have emailed me that they are getting disconnected all the time. I have everyone connecting to app-us.

I assume that if they connected to the other ones, then we wouldn't all be in the same games (is that correct?).

Also, is there a list of these somewhere?

    You are right, the regions are completely separated. Otherwise the ping problem would still be (about) the same as when you directly connect around the globe.
    We propose to check the closest region first and only if there are next to no players you could show an option to check the "global" servers and re-connect to find players.

    Sadly, some devices also don't do a good job in terms of connectivity, so it could always happen that someone doesn't get a good connection. The same is true for ISPs, etc.

    My game is starting to build a small community of users. So I (almost) have someone playing all the time.

    Every Monday night I do a big battle night at 10pm EST it's a lot of fun, people come on from all over the world.
