log4net - weird version included with latest

The latest official build of log4net is 1.2.10, however the latest builds of the Client/Server use 1.2.10.1. This is a problem, as several services rely on log4net, and they're all looking for 1.2.10, but the ExitGames dll's are looking for 1.2.10.1! The server has a fit!
