Are Photon version "photon lib 4.1.2.19" and "photon lib 4.1.6.19" compaitable with each other?

We are using "photon lib 4.1.2.19" for our existing game, but now we wants to use Voice chat so we are forced to update to "photon lib 4.1.6.19" but now both the clients doesn't connect with each other. So can we some how use voice what retaining the "photon lib 4.1.2.19" or are both versions compatible with each other?

The libraries are most likely compatible. If they are not, you should see errors in the log.
Make sure that you connect the same region, same appid and version and also that other matchmaking parameters set correctly.
