Photon Cloud not working on UAE

Hello everyone,
I'm using photon cloud pun2 i published my game its working very well for EU and TR players.
But UAE and KSA players can't connect to server i'm using default settings for photon.
Also, i added all regions to whitelist : asia;au;cae;cn;eu;in;jp;ru;rue;za;sa;kr;tr;us;usw;
I'm enable multiplayer screen after this check on UAE multiplayer screen not event displaying probably this if not working on there
Is it can be related with port settings ? Any idea ?
