the room is not visible

i am making a game with photon

usually no problem

but sometimes

"Player A" opens room . no one can enter that room. (Random room)

I'm typing a room name, can't log in

The room opened by "player A" is not listed in the lobby.

Rooms opened by other players are listed. No problem

After a while the problem will be fixed

how can i solve
