some computers cannot connect to the server

hello. faced with such a problem. I have a stage where players connect with a fixed room name. if I run the game from my computer, then I can connect to a server that is running on the same computer. but my friend can't connect to this server (I also have a photon chat, the chat works for all devices)
, but if I run the game from a laptop, then I can connect with a friend to the same server and everything works as it should. how does this happen?

You need to check the logs. Maybe one network does not allow you to connect to our servers.
