Some players can't find created rooms suddenly

I created a new build of my game, and one of my friends can find and connect to rooms as usual, but another one can not do this. On a previous build of the game he could find them and connect just fine - and I have not changed a single line of code in the networking scripts since the previous build (since I am not very knowledgeable with them).

What could the issue be? It has nothing to do with firewalls, we tried turning off all of that, but it still didn't work. Since I haven't touched the code I have a very hard time believing there's a problem there too.

This usually happens when your friend suddenly connects to different region than you. try to force usage of same region
