Not to able connect Host and Clients on different mobile network

Hi,

I am Using Unity3d Photon Fusion sdk. connecting one host from a mobile with wifi and another mobile is using mobile 4G network( network is all good ) to connect as a client.

In case, we are running host on a mobile phone with 4G connection and have a personal hotspot from the same mobile connecting the PC to join as a client, then connection works.

But in case of using two mobile phones with 4G, one as Host and one as Client, then CLient is not able to connect to the host at all.

Note : If i have one system's editor with wifi and another system's editor connect via personal hotspot from a mobile, this works. Different IP address ones.. work on Editor but doesnt work on mobile.

We are looking to develop a social hub with multiple games in it. Live sync games are very much necessary for this. Any help please....
