Problem with interpolation

We are currently converting our boules game to Photon Fusion Shared. We would like to use interpolation to get the balls more fluid. Unfortunately, this causes the ball to go into the ground or float across the ground when rolling. Does anyone have a good idea on the best way to sync a ball roll with multiplayer? We just need an idea for the concept of how to program it.
