Can I create a game using dedicated servers with photon + unity?

Hi, I want to make an unturned inspired game which of course requires dedicated servers, I was wondering if you can do this in photon and if so, how? Thanks.

    Fusion allow you to build dedicated servers. You will need an orchestration service to spin up the actual server processes as this is not part of the Photon offering.
