Fusion UWP build issue

Hi - I'm able to successfully build my Fusion + Unity project as a standalone windows build, but I'm running into some issues building for UWP. I'm on PC, Unity 2021.3.3f1, nightly fusion build from 5.27.22.

Initially I was running into a nanosockets error, but I got past that by going to Assets > Photon > Fusion > Plugins > Windows > nanosockets and unchecking the WSAPlayer platform (so 'Any Platform' = true, all 'exclude platform' options = false). However, now I'm running into the error in the screenshot below.

Any idea what I'm missing here? Thanks, appreciate any help!!
