Which One is better PUN or TrueSync

Hi,
I have a car racing game (offline). Now I want to develop its multiplayer version. I want to know which approach would be better.
1) Advanced Relay
2) TrueSync / Deterministic
Main objective is to make a room , player from different regions can join room and with minimal latency player can race. For collisions I am planning real time physics.
