Disable TestClient in Premises Server

Hello,

I am using photon-server-sdk_v5-0-12-24499-rc1. Everything is working fine. i need to test client app for load testing but option is disable in menu.

I am trying to open src-server/LoadBalancing/LoadBalancing.sln project and try to generate test client exe file but give me errors about the NuGet package. Already trying to restore the NuGet Packages but not success.

we do not support TestClient anymore

that is why you can not built it too
