Mono Cecil has errors when trying to download

If I try to enter the git url in package manager, I get errors that say access was denied.

If I go ahead and try to download the Fusion SDK, it will automatically install Mono Cecil, but this time it will say in the Console "Installing Mono Cecil" sometimes, but never actually confirm

Online I read that it may have something to do with Windows Rights Management but found no solutions

There has been a recent change in the Unity repository this may be related to.

Using this package in the Package Manager may be what you are after?

Yes, that works, thank you

My work around was downloading the Fusion Karts sample and just deleting everything lol
