How to setup "Automatic restarting of applications on change" in Server SDK v5?

In your upgrade guide from v4 to v5 you specified that this feature is disabled.

Is there another way to automate local build deployment out of the box?

I develop photon locally 10 years already and never used that feature. the Sdk contains settings to start photon when you press F5. why this does not work for you?

if you developing plugin it has this feature, but every time you need to update version in plugin.config
